HCS SB 1213 -- RAILROAD POLICE OFFICERS

This bill requires railroad policemen to be commissioned by the
Director of the Department of Public Safety and requires all
railroad policemen employed after September 28, 1971, to be
licensed peace officers in accordance with the provisions of
Chapter 590, RSMo.
